Cravattificio Alba was founded in 2005 as a small workshop for tie production, counting on the experience of the Cazzato family, which has been working in the sector since 1972.
The company now employs 45 people of which 32 work directly in production. A solid relationship with the collaborators allows the company to always respond correctly and quickly to the customers' needs.
In the new factory, which covers an area of 1,700 m², modern CAD-CAM cutting technologies and new sewing machines merge with the dexterity and experience of expert seamstresses to converge into a perfect product.
Cravattificio Alba produces: semi-industrial ties (Liba); unlined, tailored ties with 3, 5, 7 and 9 folds; made-to-measure ties; bow ties with and without knots; pouches and foulards with hand-machine or entirely hand-sewn flat edges; scarves with fringes and tassels.
The company uses solar energy for its production taking advantage of a 50 Kwh photovoltaic system. It also uses inverter technology to heat and cool the rooms and has a low light consumption thanks to led technology in every department.
