Atelier Stimamiglio, based in Vicenza (North East Italy – Venice area),
has been working since 1979 with the most advanced Italian and foreign designers and maisons of woman’s high fashion.
Our mission is to be always updated about contemporary codes in order to be real and actual translators of the fashion designer genious.
We offer luxury pret-à-porter services, including:
• Patterns and prototypes;
• Runway and VIP garments;
• Research and purchasing of materials;
• Industrialization and production management.

PATTERN & PROTOTYPE DEPT

We specialize in light fabric, ranging from minimal, young and cutting-edge design lines to overconstructed ones, with folds and biases.
Each of our pattern-maker has a different attitude towards fabrics, shapes and designer sensitivity. Always starting from paper and mussolines, they reach the best fit thanks to an intensive use of mannequins and a constant collaboration with the prototype-makers.
We cooperate in defining the fittings with the Style Offices of our Clients in Milan, Florence, Paris, London and New York.
All of the prototypes are realized within our premises, thanks to a team of prototype-makers and taylors and a stock of sewing machines with different types of finishings.
In our Company, the pattern-makers manage the realization of prototypes, show samples, VIP and Press samples and pre-production samples.
On the base of our Clients Style Offices suggestions, in close and permanent contact with them , we realize Runway and VIP garments, firmly respecting the requested timing.

RESEARCH & PURCHSING DEPT

Our staff collaborate with our Clients Style Offices in the research of fabrics, embroideries, pleatings, laminates, accessories and particular processing techniques.
For some customers we manage the purchasing of raw materials, accessories, others and also particular kinds of manufacturings.
This means that we take care of:

• Product selection;
• Price negotiation;
• Order processing;
• Quality control;
• Storage.

INDUSTRIALIZATION & PRODUCTION
During the process,
from the prototype to the beginning of the production,
we elaborate any information useful to the realization of the garment:
BOM (Bill of Materials);
• Consumptions;
• Cost of raw materials and manufacturing;
• Measurements for production and final quality control;
• CAD data (pieces and placements);
• Gradings.
All the data are managed by PDM software and CLOUD ERP (production)
