With the payment of the 500,00* euro registration fee the company/designer commits to participate in the ORIGIN PASSION AND BELIEFS show, which will be held in Vicenza from the 8th to the 11th of May 2014.
Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. will give confirmation of the application's approval, only after the hardcopy registration form has been received. Applications will be accepted and processed, with the allocation of spaces by Fiera di Vicenza SpA based on the chronological order of receipt of the application.
The Legal Representative of the Company/the designer, declares that s/he has read and is fully aware of the Travel Policy, Information on the processing of personal data, Terms of Participation and the General Rules of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., Technical Regulations of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. and the Safety Regulations of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. as in force at the Exhibition centre. S/he also declares that the information given and relevant annexes is the truth.

• Accomodation in a 3 star hotel, in a single or double (for single use or in case of label run jointly) room with breakfast for a maximum stay of 5 nights: 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th May 2014 in the surrounding Area of Vicenza. Extra nights and additional costs will be at the Designers' expense.
• Return fixed air ticket (for one person only, even in case of label run jointly), economy class.
• Transport from the airport to the hotel and back.
• Transport from the hotel to the Fair and back (according to the Fair opening / closing times) and in case of an Event organized by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
This invitation is not transferable. Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A will extend hospitality only to one guest per company.
All additional services (i.e. merchandise transport, custom duties...) are not included and the costs/charges must be paid in full no later than the second to last day of the event.
Low cost carriers may be applied.
In case of cancellation of the reservation after the ticket issue, the penalty fee will be charged to the Guest.
INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196/03 (Code for the protection of personal data), Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., the data controller, guarantees respect of the regulations on the protection of personal data. This is to inform you that personal and business data provided by you and contained in this form, or otherwise acquired within the context of the activities of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., are subject to processing in compliance with the duties of confidentiality and in accordance with that expressly provided for in the above mentioned Code.
The processing of these data, which will take place by means of information technology or manual tools, in addition to that already been indicated in this form, has the following aims:
a) statistical processing and auditing activities
b) market analysis and research
c) data storage
By processing of personal data is meant: their collection, recording, organization, conservation, processing, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, data reclassification by homogeneous categories, utilization, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation or the combination of two or more of these operations. The data can be transmitted: to employees of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. not specifically designated in accordance with Article 30 of the Code, to public bodies or institutions and to companies

Any processing of data by the above mentioned entities will be done with the purpose and in a way that is in any case similar to those mentioned above. The bestowal of the data to Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. is obligatory only for the data for which there is a regulatory or contractual requirement, as well as to allow the fulfilment of that required by the grantor. The refusal to supply data regarding the realization of activities different from those concerning the execution of contractual
relationships or submitted requests could prevent the conduction of these additional activities but not interfere with the realization of this relationship. In addition, please be informed that Article 7 of the above mentioned Code recognizes the numerous rights of the person concerned, including: to access the registers of the guarantor, to obtain information on the data which concern him/her, to obtain cancellation or blocking, that is the update, correction or integration, as well as the certification that these operations were brought to the

T1 - Application form
The application form must be duly filled out in all its parts and signed by the Legal Representative, indicating the date and stamp of the Company. When compiled, the form must be sent to Fiera di Vicenza Spa (hereinafter also referred to as the "Organizer") in compliance with the applicable terms.Subjects that have an outstanding debt of any kind with the Organizer will not be allowed to enroll in the Event. Reservations of space less than 12 sq. m. are not accepted, except for the Technical Print or, in the case of special projects or specifically authorized by the General Management of Fiera di Vicenza SpA.The terms of presentation of the application and of payment are:December, 31 201
T2 - Products allowed at the Event.
Only the following products are allowed at the event:
• Stones, precious metals, alternative materials and bijoux
• Hide, leather items, leather, bags and leather goods
• Fabrics, fashions, prêt a porter
• Footwear, sneakers, eyewear, furnishing accessories, leather goods, hi-fi, men's accessories (knives, key rings, pens, umbrellas), sport, digital apps, helmets, wristwatches, hats. In the case of machinery, none are allowed to be exhibited and marketed, including devices and equipment that is used, overhauled, rebuilt, etc. All signs, billboards, as well as all marketing activities in any way carried out that refer to machines, devices, equipment that is used, overhauled, rebuilt etc. is strictly forbidden. Products that are not listed among those allowed at the event will be immediately removed from the Fair Center at the expense and risk of the Exhibitor.
T3 - Exhibitors
Exhibitors allowed at the event are manufacturers, constructors, representatives, agents and marketing representatives from Italy and abroad of the products included in the above list (ref. point T2).
T4 - Co-Participants
As a general rule, the exhibition space cannot be subleased to Co-Participants, nor are the latter allowed at the event. The intention to sublease the exhibition space or the presence at the event of a Co-Participant must at any rate be notified in advance to the Management, which is the sole subject entitled to decide which companies to grant or deny admission. Every Co-Participant allowed at the event is required to fill out the Co-Participant application form and to satisfy all admission requirements. It is understood that each Owner/Exhibitor of the stand cannot have more than one Co-Participant. The Owner/Exhibitor of the stand is required to pay the Co-Participant fee. To be allowed admission at the Event, the Co-Participant must fill out and sign for acceptance a specific form, which must also be signed by its Legal Representative and the Legal Representative of the Company that owns the stand. The form will be sent by Fiera di Vicenza Spa on request of the Exhibitor that owns the stand. Only the Exhibitor that owns the stand is authorized to submit orders for the services of the Event. Should the Co-Participant intend to make use of those services, it must contact the Exhibitor assigned to the stand. If the Co-Participant cancels its participation at the fair after its application form has been accepted, the Organizer will withhold the full amount of the fee paid by the Co-Participant as penalty for cancellation. The Exhibitor assigned to the stand is nonetheless responsible jointly with the Co-Participant to pay the Co-Participant fee. If a Co-Participant attends the event without prior consent of the Organizer, the latter is authorized to immediately terminate this contract due to the negligence and fault of the Exhibitor and to have the stand cleared at the Exhibitor's expense. The Co-Participant fee includes the following services:
• subscription to the official Catalogue of the Event;
• 1 copy of the official Catalogue;
• 3 entry passes for use by the Exhibitor, valid for the days of the event.
T5 - Declaration of Representation
Applications that are submitted by agents, representatives or exclusive licensors and/or branches of foreign Parent companies must include a specific "List of Represented Companies and/or Foreign Parent Company" form, which will be mailed by Fiera di Vicenza Spa on request of the Exhibitor assigned to the stand. A declaration is required on letterhead of the represented Parent and signed by it to confirm the existence and relevance of the business relationship with the Parent. The declaration must also include authorization by the represented company to process its personal details, pursuant to art. 26 of Leg. Decree 196/2003. The owner of the application form is required to inform Fiera di Vicenza Spa in writing of any variations or additions to the "List of Represented Companies and/or Foreign Parent Company". Failure by the Owner of the application form to indicate the name of the companies in the "List of Represented Companies and/or Foreign Parent Company" will entail its prohibition from appearing in any way (including the presence of its name, brands or products) as exhibitors at the stand and in the Official Catalogue of the Fair. If the above bans are breached, Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. will request that the Owner of the Application take action to comply with the ban and, if it persists in the breach, the Organizer will be entitled to remove the name and trademarks of the represented company from the stand and to remove its products, all of which under the responsibility, risk and at the expense of the Stand Owner.
T6 - Enrollment fees
The amounts to be paid for exhibiting are as follows:
Registration fee for stand owner - 12 sq. m € 500.00*;
Over 12 sq. m € 285.00*;
Display Area - The amounts payable for exhibiting at the event will be as listed in the application form. The amounts payable for any additional services are listed in the service application forms. The registration fees include provision of the following: 1 wireless account, registration in the online catalogue and pocket guide, Exhibitor card as envisaged, electrical connection and use of power up to a maximum of 1000 W power per 12 sq m. These sums do not include surcharges as stated in Art. 6 of the attached regulations, or fitting out or any additional services, payment for which must be settled on the penultimate day of the expo.

T7 - Payment terms
The payment terms for the Registration Application must be complied with. They include:
• Payment of the whole registration fee no later than
December, 31 2013
Payment of accessory services and extra orders shall be made within the next-to-last day of the event.
T8 - ORIGIN, PASSION AND BELIEFS:
Main characteristics and special regulations
The new ORIGIN, PASSION & BELIEFS concept includes the event being divided across several Districts, which are equal in terms of market positioning, product quality level and retail channels; these are identified as the following:
Presence in one of the Districts listed will be confirmed by Fiera di Vicenza SpA only after carefully examining the
documentation provided by the exhibitor.
The whole expo will feature consistent, coordinated images, including in shared and service areas.
T9 - Coordinated outfitting services by Fiera di Vicenza Spa
To make participation easier for the Exhibitor, stand outfitting services are available, with different coordinated solutions that can be easily customised.
A price list and the relevant documentation will be sent out.
These prices need to be added to cost of the display area, details of which are available in the prospectus attached to the exhibition application.
T10 - Code of conduct of the Exhibitor
The Exhibitor is required to follow the Code of conduct of Design Orafo of Assicor and the Code of Implementation enforced by the Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., which will be monitored according to the decisions of the Auditing Committee for any ascertained breaches committed by the Exhibitor.
Failure to comply with the initiatives and decisions taken by the General Management of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. and of the Assicor Auditing Committee will entitle Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. to immediately terminate the enrollment contract, to the liability of the Exhibitor, pursuant to art. 1456 of the Civil Code.
T11 - Code of Conduct of Design Orafo of Unionfiliere/Assicor.
Any form of unfair competition between participants at the Event is prohibited.
With regard thereto, the Exhibitor acknowledges that Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. has adhered to the Code of Conduct of Design of Unionfiliere/Assicor, of which the Exhibitor has been informed, along with the relative Code of Conduct of Fiera di Vicenza.
The Exhibitor therefore, agrees to comply with the aforesaid Code of Conduct, which he declares to have viewed and, more specifically:
• Accepts and recognizes as legitimate the activity of the Auditing Committee of the Jury of Design Orafo established for the Event and which will take action on request of an Exhibitor that deems its intellectual property rights on certain products have been violated;
• Accepts and recognizes as legitimate the measures that the Committee may adopt in its respect and whose validity is limited to the duration of the Event.
The Committee can request that the Exhibitor remove from exhibition and sale at the fair any products that are allegedly in breach of the above rights, in accordance with the procedures allowed by the Code of Conduct and the Code of Implementation, from the brevity of the Fair and in view of a cross-examination.
The Exhibitor will likewise be required to preventively submit any disputes that may arise in this context during the exhibition and regarding which the above-mentioned Jury has pronounced a verdict, contacting the Conciliation Center at the Chamber of Commerce of Vicenza.
T12 - Patent infringement
The above-mentioned Jury is authorized to take action also in the case of a presumed violation of patent rights regarding product use and invention, with the aid of a competent technician made available by the Fair and with the following limitations:
• The claimant Exhibitor must have already started the procedure for the disputed item before civic jurisdiction, for which he must provide suitable documentation
• The Jury intervenes and operates exclusively comparing the technical reports that will be provided in support of the claimant Exhibitor and the other party.
• In case of ascertained violation, as identifiable within the given limits of the technical reports, the removal or concealment of the disputed item, may be requested.
GENERAL REGULATIONS FOR THE EXHIBITIONS ORGANISED BY FIERA DI VICENZA S.P.A.
Article 1 - Subject of the agreement for the participation in Exhibitions organised by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. (hereinafter also the "Organiser").
• The agreement for the participation in these Exhibitions has for subject the following main services:
• the granting by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. to the Exhibitor of the free area allocated to the same within the fairground according to the terms and conditions set out in these Regulations, exclusively for the purpose of exhibiting its own products.
The supply of the area refers exclusively to the Exhibition duration period. Unless otherwise indicated in writing by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., the allocated area is intended to be mfree and clear of any kind of fitting and equipment.
• the granting by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. to the Exhibitor of passes allowing access to the fairgrounds on the terms and conditions specified in the Application Form and its annexes.
• the provision by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. to the Exhibitor of the general services described in the following articles 18-19-20-21 and 22 (General Surveillance Service of the fairgrounds, General Lighting, realization of the online catalogue);
• the provision by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. to the Exhibitor of any additional services with fee requested by the Exhibitor (such as, by way of example, telephone services, issuance of additional entry passes, additional electricity, safe rental, advertising services, etc.) depending on the availability of the same and on the quantities made available by the suppliers of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
• the payment by the Exhibitor to Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. of the consideration provided in the Application Form on the terms therein contained;
• the area fitting assembly/disassembly at the expense of the Exhibitor, within the deadlines set out in the
Application Form and/or stated in the written notices served by the General Management of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.;
• the custody, at the expense of the Exhibitor, of all the goods and items, furnishings and fittings included, which are present in its stand for the entire duration of the Exhibition (including during fitting assembly/ disassembly periods).
• the compliance with the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Application Form.
Article 2 - Submission of the Application Form.
The Application Form, which shall be prepared using the forms provided by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. represents an irrevocable commitment by the Exhibitor; therefore, it shall be submitted to the Secretariat of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. within the deadlines set out by the same and it shall bear the signature of the authorised person or the legal
representative of the company.
The Exhibitor withdrawing its application after submittal and confirmation by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. shall be required to pay the entire participation fee, without prejudice to greater damages.
The Application Form may be submitted by national and international business, including one-person businesses, operating in the product sectors of the Exhibition, provided that they are not subject to insolvency proceedings, arrangements with creditors or liquidation proceedings pursuant to the laws of the State of origin. Exhibitors submitting their Application Forms shall be in possession of the administrative authorisations required for the specific activity carried out.
Applicants are required to declare exact and up-to-date data, as well as to give timely notice to Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. of any change occurring with reference to the circumstances covered by the declarations made in the Application Form.
Article 3 - Acceptance of Participation Applications and selection of the Exhibitors.
Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. shall decide, at its sole indisputable discretion and in accordance with the limits of the Exhibition spaces available at the Exhibition centre, for the acceptance of the Participation Applications and the consequent admission of the Exhibitors of the industry that request to participate in the event.
The activities related with the admission of the Exhibitors and the assignment of the Exhibition spaces is a free execution of a private commercial business activity, carried out in a competitive context, specific to the fair market.
Not any right or expectation of any kind might be alleged by the Exhibitor as a result of previous participations in the Exhibition, as the allocation of the Exhibition spaces takes place with reference to each individual edition of the Exhibition.
The selection of the Exhibitors and the associated assignment of the Exhibition spaces will be made by the Organisation, including through the support of experts in the field, on the basis of the following parameters: the quality and innovation of the product or production process;
• the financial - economic size attained by the company, also with reference to the export of the produced goods the type of sales networks;
• the qualitative-quantitative level of the investments in the promotion of the products, with particular reference to the presence in foreign markets;
• the respect for property rights and for the principles governing the fair and orderly conduct of the free market;
• the consistency of the level and quality of production with the quality standards of the Exhibition and its mission;
• the compliance with the regulations of the Exhibition during the participation in previous editions of the Exhibition.
The acceptance of the participation Application Form submitted by the applicant and the consequent conclusion of the participation agreement shall take place exclusively by means of written confirmation notice served by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., containing information and the location of the allocated Exhibition space.
Also after the written confirmation of the participation application, Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., in order to attain an optimal and efficient use of the Exhibition spaces, reserves the right to modify the positions and/or size of the allocated stands.
In this case, the Exhibitor has the right to terminate, within ten days from the notice, the participation agreement and obtain the reimbursement of the amounts paid to the Organiser, with the exclusion of any other indemnities, compensations, revaluations and interests.
Article 4 - Terms of payment.
Payments of amounts due to Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. must be in accordance with the procedures and deadlines set out in the "cost of participation" information of the Application Form.
The lack of acceptance of the application by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. entitles you to a refund of the amount paid with the submission of the application.
Failure to comply with the deadlines set forth in the Application Form shall entitle Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. to terminate the participation agreement to the detriment of the Exhibitor pursuant to article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code.
The settlement of the charges for additional services requested and supplied during the Exhibition shall be in any case carried out by the last but one day of the Exhibition.
Article 5 - How to use the allocated Exhibition spaces. Indemnification clause.
The space allocated to the Exhibitor may be used by the same exclusively during the Exhibition and at the
times defined in the Technical Regulations and by the Management of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
The area remains in the property and in the possession of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
The size of the stands shall be such as to comply with the project authorised by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. pursuant to
the following article 11 and shall comply with the size of the area allocated by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
Except in special cases, which shall be authorised in writing by the General Management and/or the Operations Management of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., the areas are made available to the Exhibitor five days before the start of the
Exhibition and the stands shall be ready by 6.30 p.m. on the day before the Exhibition opening date.
The Exhibitor is required to supervise, with its staff, the Exhibition stand throughout the entire Exhibition opening period.
The Exhibitor is the sole custodian for the entire period of the Exhibition (including the period of fitting assembly/
disassembly) of all materials, goods and furnishings present in the stand.
As custodian of the Exhibition space, the Exhibitor undertakes to indemnify, substantially and procedurally, the Organiser and to keep the same indemnified against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense, including legal
fees, arising from the use of the stand and of the allocated Exhibition space.
The exit mode applied to the Exhibition products leaving the pavilions, both during the show and after its closure, is governed and disciplined by the issue of the "exit voucher" which shall be given by the Exhibitor to the service personnel of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
Article 6 - Exhibition opening/closing.
The opening and closing dates and times for the Exhibitions are established by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. Any changes to the opening time, as well as to the dates of the Exhibitions, timely notified to the Exhibitors, shall not result in any charges whatsoever to Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. Should the Exhibitions not take place for reasons of force majeure (including failure to obtain the issue of the permits required for carrying out the trade fair activity from the Public Authority), the liability of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. shall be limited to the mere reimbursement of the sums paid by the exhibitor Companies.
Article 7 - Prohibition of assigning the agreement and Exhibition area supply.
The Exhibitor is not entitled to transfer the participation agreement and related claims. Likewise, the transfer, also
free of charge, of all or part of one's own Exhibition space is also forbidden.
Any co-exposures (whereby intending the assignment of the Exhibition space to two or more Companies) shall be granted only upon written approval of the General Management.
The simultaneous presence within the same Exhibition space of businesses belonging to the same group of Companies and/or of affiliated Companies pursuant to article 2359 of the Italian Civil Code do not fall into this category, but shall still be authorised in advance by the General Management.
In case of proven unauthorised co-exposure, the personnel of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. is entitled to expel from the
fairgrounds the company hosted sine titulo.
In order to allow the smooth performance of the Exhibition, Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. may freely dispose of the Exhibition areas and stands that are not used by the Exhibitor at the time of the opening of the event, also if areas were subject to confirmation by the Organiser, without prejudice to any request for compensation for the damage suffered by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. due to default of the Exhibitor concerning the obligation to set up and man the stand.
Article 8 - Obligation to obtain authorisation for the Exhibition Area Fitting Project.
All Exhibitors are required to submit to Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. the project for setting up their stand within at least thirty days prior to the opening of the Exhibition and to implement it by their own and at their own expense only after having obtained the approval by the Operations Manager of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
In the absence of such an approval, Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. reserves the right to have all fitting equipment be modified or removed completely or in part if they were implemented without authorisation and if they do not comply with the
technical regulations in force or cause harm to the overall view of the pavilion or may damage the Exhibitors or the visitors.
The fitting equipment cannot in any case occupy a greater area than that provided for each stand, nor exceed the limits laid down by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. as regards the side or background partitions.
Article 9 - Disassembly. Consent to have Fiera Vicenza S.p.A. clearing out the Exhibition area
By the end of the third day after the closure of Exhibitions, the Exhibitors are required to return the Exhibition space
in the same state in which it was assigned to the same.
Any damages caused to structures owned by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. and claimed against the Exhibitor shall be subsequently charged to the Exhibitor.
The disassembly of the fitted area and the clearing out of the Exhibition space may start only after the closing of the Exhibitions according to the time schedule notified by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
In the event of non-compliance with the disassembly schedule and/or in case of inactivity in clearing out the area, the Exhibitor hereby grants its irrevocable consent to have Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. clear out the materials used for the fitting and any other objects in the stand and store the same also at the premises of third parties.
All resulting costs and the risks of theft, loss or damage shall be borne by the Exhibitor.
After two months from the deadline set forth for the disassembly, the Exhibitor hereby agrees and gives an irrevocable mandate to Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. to sell at auction, including through the "Sale on commission" procedure by Istituto Vendite Giudiziarie, any materials and furnishings that were not picked up, withholding the incurred costs.
Article 10 - Sale of products.
The sale to the public, as well as the display of prices, may be made only when this is expressly authorised by the General Management of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
Article 11 - Rules governing the display.
The Exhibition activity by the Exhibitor shall comply with all the rules for the protection of the dignity and respect of all
the participants in the Exhibition and proper conduct of the economic and commercial transactions.
In detail, the principles of free competition, of protection of the property rights on models, designs and products of the goods of the Exhibitors, as well as of consumer protection and the free movement of goods and merchandise shall be complied with.
Exhibitors may exhibit exclusively their own products (and/ or goods distributed pursuant to representation or agency agreements with the manufacturing parent company and/ or pursuant to trade agreements) belonging to the sectors of the Exhibition as indicated in the Application Form. In the case of commercial enterprises, they may exhibit exclusively products whose brands and names have been communicated to Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. together with their participation Application Form.
Any form of unfair competition among the participants in the Exhibition is prohibited.
To this end, the Exhibitor undertakes to accept, for Exhibition purposes and to ensure the smooth performance of the Exhibition, all those initiatives that Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. may undertake to ensure the immediate cessation of any possible unfair competition or to protect the other Exhibitors and Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. itself.
Article 12 - Access by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. personnel to the Exhibition stand.
The personnel of the Commercial Office and Operations Management of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. are entitled to access and check the stand to verify the compliance with the participation conditions by the Exhibitor.
Should the personnel entrusted by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. ascertain any breach of the rules herein contained, they may notify a written claim delivering a copy of the same notice to the personnel present at the stand, which shall be deemed delivered and notified to the Exhibitor for all intents and purposes.
Article 13 - Technical Regulations of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
The Exhibitor declares having knowledge of the Technical Regulations in force at Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., as well as to accept their content and to commit itself to comply with the provisions therein contained and to forward them also to its personnel and contractors. These Regulations, which are an integral part of this agreement, are available at the Safety Office or they can be downloaded from the website of Fiera di Vicenza at the following link:
Failure to comply with the provisions of the Technical Regulations (characteristics of the fitting materials, compliance of electrical systems, etc.) shall lead to the adoption by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. of all measures deemed necessary to assure the respect and protection of people and structures.
Article 14 - Occupational Safety Regulations
The Exhibitor, pursuant to article 26 of the Italian Legislative Decree 81/08, hereby declares to provide for the verification
of the technical and professional qualifications of the Stand Installers who will be appointed by the same and shall provide the same with detailed information regarding the specific risks existing in the environment in which they have to operate.
To complement this objective, the Exhibitor declares having knowledge of the Occupational Safety Regulations in force at Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., as well as to accept their content and to commit itself to comply with the provisions therein contained and to forward them also to its personnel and contractors.

The Exhibition Centre area of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. also has an Occupational Safety Management System
protecting the health of people working within its premises.
This System includes performing monitoring activities relating to non-conformities that may occur.
Especially during the stand setting up and dismantling phases of the Exhibitions, personnel entrusted by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. shall perform audits to assess the compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree No. 81/08, as amended, as well as with the Technical, Occupational Safety and Participation Regulations, documenting irregularities and providing information on correct behaviours to be adopted by the existing operators.
Breaches by the workers of these rules shall result in the implementation of the following ladder of actions:
• recording of the non-compliance with the Regulations;
• communication of the same to both the Employer of the entrusted Company and to the responsible Exhibitor;
• removal of workers who fail to respect the rules.
Article 15 – Registration on the Occupational Safety Portal
The Exhibitor shall inform their Stand installers that in order to access the fairgrounds for setting up the stand, they will need first of all to register themselves on the Occupational Safety Portal of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. available through
the website: www.fdvsafety.it.
The registration procedure, besides requiring the entering of the identification data of the Installing company and of its installers, will require the provision of adequate information for the purpose, in accordance with article 26 of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 81/08 and subsequent amendments (Consolidated Law on Occupational Health and Safety), of:
• informing the employees who will work inside the Exhibition centre on the specific risks existing in the environment in which they are intended to work and the on the prevention, protection and emergency management measures in place;
• identifying possible measures to assure the protection and protection against the risks to which workers are exposed, in order to eliminate risks due to interference among the works of the various Companies involved in setting up the fitting equipment for the Exhibition. Should the stand installation Company detect any interventions that shall have to be carried out by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., it is necessary to contact the Safety Office to check and coordinate the implementation of these additional risk prevention and protection measures.
Article 16 - General lighting and heating/air conditioning service.
General lighting in the pavilions, during day and night, is managed by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. Each Exhibitor may provide at its own expense, after authorisation by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., to further lighting (220 V) of the allocated Exhibition space, in full compliance with the safety standards set forth by the Italian Law Decree 37/08.
Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. provides for the heating/air conditioning service through its network of aeraulic systems.
Article 17 - Electricity supply.
Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. ensures the supply of electricity (220/380 V) within the limits of the systems available to the
same, according to the guarantee received from the utility Companies.
For additional lighting systems with regards to those standard provided, the Exhibitor shall submit a specific request and pay the amount due.
The charges for consumption (220/380 V) exceeding 1 kW, shall be charged in relation to the actually installed systems, based on the rates in force at Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
Any consumption exceeding the required quantity will involve the discontinuation of the supply, plus the assumption of one's own responsibility and the payment of any penalties provided forth by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
The request for the above-mentioned technical provision shall be made at the latest upon receipt of the acceptance of the "participation Application Form" by filling out the relevant forms.
Article 18 - General Supervisory Service.
Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. provides for a general armed and unarmed surveillance service, during day and night, of the
Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. denies all responsibility for damages referred to in Article 26 and for damages caused by natural events or force majeure. In the closing hours of the Exhibition it is expressly forbidden to the Exhibitor to leave personnel in its own Exhibition space, unless express written permission by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. is granted.

The Exhibitor is the sole custodian of the goods and materials present at its Exhibition stand.
Article 19 - Realisation of the Online Exhibitor Catalogue
Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. provides, without this constituting a commitment or liability to the Exhibitor, to the realisation of
the official catalogue of the Exhibition in the online version containing, in alphabetical order, the list of Exhibitors and the list of displayed products. The Catalogue contains the data that the Exhibitor will directly enter online. Not any responsibility may arise for Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. in case of failure to include names and/or any data whatsoever
provided late in relation to the deadlines communicated by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., as well as in case of incorrect data entry by the Exhibitor or incorrect page layout.
Article 20 - Realisation of passes allowing access to the Exhibitions.
Each Exhibitor is entitled to free entry passes and invitations for its customers that will be issued in the
manner prescribed. Such passes shall be registered in the name of the visitor and be strictly personal; therefore, the transfer of the same is prohibited, even temporarily.
Article 21 - Permission to use images and data relating to the Exhibitor.
The Exhibitor hereby grants the broadest and unconditional release to Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. for the use of data, images
(also in photographic or video format) and news about the Exhibitor, its employees, the exhibiting company and the products exhibited at the Exhibition. The data, images and information gathered by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. and/ or its representatives during the course of the Exhibitions may therefore be freely used by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. for promotional, communication and sale purposes (for example, for drafting editorials, press releases, television services, promotional material) both in Italy and abroad.
Article 22 - Ban on advertisement outside the stand.
All forms of advertising outside the stand (distribution of advertising and/or promotional material, the presence
of persons inviting to enter the stand and the like) is prohibited, except in case of prior written approval of the
General Management of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
It is also forbidden to advertise Exhibition activities carried out at Exhibition centres or commercial venues outside
the fairgrounds, as well as to promote activities and/or products of other entities than the Exhibitor.
Failure to comply with the prohibition laid down in this Article shall entitle Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. to terminate the participation agreement to the detriment of the Exhibitor pursuant to article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code.
Article 23 - Transport.
Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. shall be held harmless against any liability for damages to persons or property that may arise
from the transport of the same, while entering and exiting the fairgrounds.
The Exhibitor shall make use of its own means and provide with own personnel to the transport, loading and unloading of goods within the fairgrounds.
The Exhibitor shall be responsible for the operations carried out on its behalf by its own personnel or by third parties entrusted by the same and shall be responsible for any damage caused to persons or property of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. or to third parties, while Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. shall be relieved of all responsibility in this regard.
Article 24 - Machinery.
The exhibited machines can be operated, provided they do not cause a hazard or nuisance, after prior approval by the Operations Manager of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. and at the times and in the manner established by the General and
The machinery shall compulsorily be provided with a device aiming at preventing accidents, bad smells and the emission of gases and liquids.
The interested Companies shall require in advance the necessary checks and comply with the regulations in force on this matter. Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. shall not be made liable in this regard for any direct or indirect damages to persons or things.
Article 25 - Protection of industrial and intellectual property.
The products, goods, Exhibition spaces may not be photographed, filmed, drawn or reproduced in any way whatsoever without the permission of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
On the contrary, Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. is entitled to reproduce, even by means of entrusted people, both overall and detailed views, both external and internal.
Article 26 - Insurance and exemption from liability for damages.
Each Exhibitor shall compulsorily insure:
• the stand and the products exhibited or otherwise present in the stand against all risks (by way of example, but not limited to this: theft, fire, malicious events in general, damage resulting from seepage ordripping water, natural events in general - breakages, ruins) with the exclusion of the possibility of claim against Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.;
• the civil liability of the Exhibitor for damages caused to third parties and to its employees, as well as for damages caused to Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. and its employees and/or entrusted people. Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. shall not be made liable for any damage caused to persons or property, however caused by anyone; therefore any damages caused by - by way of example and without limitation to the same - theft, fire, explosion, malicious events in general, natural events in general, water seepages, breakages, ruins and any other damage to third parties caused by responsibility of the Exhibitor and/or its personnel, both within and adjacent to the Exhibition centre shall not be compensated. The Exhibitor is required to disclose to Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., where required, the details of such insurance coverages.
Article 27 - Complaints.
Any complaints regarding the organisation and performance of the Exhibition shall be notified in writing to Fiera di
Vicenza S.p.A. immediately and, in any case, no later than the last day of Exhibition opening. Subsequent complaints shall not be the subject of a dispute with Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
Article 28 - Information notice and consent to the processing of personal data.
Pursuant to the provisions of article 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), you are herewith informed that the personal and company data supplied by you and contained in the Application Form for the participation in the Exhibition and in the related forms, or otherwise acquired as part of the business activity of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., are subject to processing in respect of the confidentiality obligations and in accordance with the express provisions of the aforementioned Code. The processing of such data, which will be performed using
computerised or manual tools, has the following purposes:
• commercial communications and promotions inherent to the business activity of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.;
• statistical processing and auditing activities;
• market analysis and research;
• historical data recording; realisation of the Exhibitors catalogue in paper and digital format.
With personal data processing the following is meant: the collection, recording, organisation, storage, treatment, modification, selection, mining, comparison, reclassification of the data into homogeneous economic categories, use,
interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, inclusion into official websites of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
of the data relating to the information of commercial nature, as well as the cancellation of the same data or the combination of two or more of these operations.
These same data may be transmitted: to the Companies that, on behalf of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., will provide the IT support and consultancy service, to the employees of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. not specifically indicated pursuant to Article 30 of the above mentioned Code, the Public Authorities or Institutions, Companies being awarded contracts on behalf of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. Any processing of personal data by the aforementioned parties shall take place with the purposes and according to manners analogous to those described above. The communication of these data to Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. is required exclusively for data that are subject to a regulatory or contractual obligation, as well as for those that
are necessary to the fulfilment of the requests submitted by the applicant.
Any refusal to provide data relating to the performance of activities other than those relating to the implementation of the contractual relationships or the submitted requests may hinder the carrying out of such additional activities; however, this does not interfere with the on-going contractual relationship.
Please note also that Article 7 of the aforementioned Code grants the numerous rights to the data subject, including
those of: gaining access to the records of the Guarantor, obtaining information about the data concerning the
same, obtaining the cancellation or the blocking, or the updating, correction or integration, as well as evidence that such operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been disclosed, opposing for legitimate reasons to the processing of such data and opposing to the processing for commercial or advertisingor market research purposes. The data controller is Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., with registered head office in Vicenza, Via dell'Oreficeria 16, tel. + 39 0444- 969111, fax +39 0444-969000.
Article 29 - Explicit termination clause.
Precise compliance with the rules herein contained is essential to ensure the timely and proper performance of
the Exhibition, also in consideration of the great presence of Exhibitors and operators present in the fairgrounds.
In particular, failure to timely fulfil the obligations assigned to the Exhibitor as set forth in the previous articles 4, 11 and
22 shall result in the rightful termination of the agreement pursuant to article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code.
In this case, the termination shall occur when Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. declares in writing that it intends to avail itself of this termination clause.
Should the resolution occur during the course of the Exhibition, Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., without prejudice to the request for damage compensation, may immediately order the closure of the stand and prevent the entrance to the fairgrounds to the Exhibitor, its employees and the personnel of the exhibiting company.
Article 30 - Governing law and competent jurisdiction.
These Regulations, as well as the participation agreement, are subject to the Italian legislation and jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation and implementation of these Regulations and of the participation agreement, shall be exclusively settled by the Court of Vicenza.
Article 31 - Additional provisions and/or amendments.
Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., through its General Management, reserves the right, even in derogation to these regulations,
to issue rules and provisions to better regulate the Exhibition and the related services. Such rules and provisions shall
have equal value to those herein contained and compliance to the same is mandatory.
After having examined and assessed this document, the undersigned company hereby declares to specifically approve, pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, all of the above mentioned provisions and in particular those relating to:
• Article 1 Subject of the agreement;
• Article 2 Submission of the Application Form
• Article 3 Acceptance of Participation Applications and selection of the Exhibitors;
• Article 4 Terms of payment;
• Section 5 How to use the allocated Exhibition spaces;
• Article 6 Exhibition opening/closing;
• Article 7 Prohibition of assigning the agreement and Exhibition area supply;
• Article 8 Obligation to obtain authorisation for the Exhibition Area Fitting Project;
• Article 9 Disassembly. Consent to have Fiera Vicenza S.p.A. clearing out the Exhibition area;
• Article 11 Rules governing the display;
• Article 12 Access by Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. personnel to the Exhibition stand;
• Article 18 General Supervisory Service;
